REACH Genetics was organized for the purposes of providing consulting, incubator services, and accelerator services to companies operating nationally. Upon the completion of this Offering, we intend to focus our business operations on providing a wide range of services to the legal Industrial Hemp industry, including property acquisition, leasing, management consulting, genetic research and cultivating large Hemp Farms to produce high quality products in the United States, as well as to acquire existing companies which are currently engaged in providing services to this industry.
